7. The offer

The vallislupi.fr site only offers new products that correspond to the description given on its pages. The consumer acknowledges that the photograph representing the product which appears on the site has only an indicative value. Depending on the editions, countries or regions, they may differ from the one displayed.

The texts accompanying the products offered for sale are presented for information and advice only and cannot be the subject of a complaint in the event of a divergent opinion.

The offer of vallislupi.fr extends geographically to the whole world.

8. Prix – shipping costs

The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT (all taxes included) in the euro currency (€). According to article 293 B of the CGI, VAT is not applicable and only shipping costs will be added to the price offered.
Your order is sent by post in tracking letter. It travels at your own risk. Its loss or alteration will therefore not be subject to reimbursement or another shipment.
Shipping costs will follow the schedule below:
France (metropolitan France and DOM-TOM), sending in tracking green letter:
0 to 100 g: 3,00 € | 101 to 250 g: 4,50 € | 251 to 500 g: 7,00 € | 501 g to 3 kg: 10,00 €
Europe and rest of the world (sent by international tracked letter):
0 to 100 g : 6,00 € | 101 to 250 g : 11,00 € | 251 to 500 g : 13,00 € | 501 g to 2 kg : 23,00 €

9. Orders

In accordance with these Legal Notices, each order made on the site will be the subject of a confirmation by e-mail which will mention the goods ordered, the price, the payment method and the delivery methods. For orders of more than 10 CDs, a copy of an identity document may be requested. Order progress can be viewed from the “My orders” tab in the “My account” module.

10. Payment

For each product offered for sale, the customer has a choice of the following payment options:
– secure payment by credit card or Paypal,
– payment by cheque (for France only).

The customer certifies having the necessary authorizations to make the payment he chooses.

In the case of payment by credit card, the payment order may be revoked in the event of fraudulent use of the card in accordance with the agreement concluded between the customer and his banking establishment.

In the case of payment by check, the duration of validation of the order will be extended by the number of days necessary for the delivery of the payment to Vallis Lupi. These “Legal Notices” remind you that the use of unfunded checks may be subject to prosecution.

11. Livraison – expédition

Vallis Lupi undertakes to ship the products ordered within a maximum of 3 (three) days from the order. The delivery times displayed on the site are presented for information only and cannot be the subject of any complaint.

The products will be sent in a tear-proof bubble envelope.

If the item is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel his order. He can then request an exchange of the product or a refund.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the “My account” module.
Vallis Lupi will only provide postal transport by Colissimo. Transport by tracked mail is at the risk and peril of the customer and can under no circumstances be the subject of any request for reimbursement.

In the event of non-compliance of the product delivered, Vallis Lupi undertakes to exchange the product or to reimburse the customer.

The customer has a withdrawal period of 7 (seven) days from receipt by him of the product ordered. According to article L121-20-2, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of audio recordings in the event that the product has been unsealed by the customer (plastic film surrounding the removed product).

Any return of merchandise is made at the expense and risk of the purchaser and must be preceded by a request to customer service at the following address: contact[at]grandvalmusic.com. f the customer exercises his withdrawal period, Vallis Lupi undertakes to reimburse him or her free of charge the sums paid within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.

12. After-sales service

Le client bénéficie d’une garantie contractuelle contre toute défectuosité que pourrait présenter le produit pendant une durée d’une année : Article 1641 (Le vendeur est tenu de la garantie à raison des défauts cachés de la chose vendue qui la rendent impropre à l’usage auquel on la destine, ou qui diminuent tellement cet usage, que l’acheteur ne l’aurait pas acquise, ou n’en aurait donné qu’un moindre prix, s’il les avait connus.)

Vallis Lupi undertakes to repair or replace at its expense any product found to be defective during the period referred to above, the necessary labor costs being included in this warranty. The warranty does not include any failure related to abnormal use of the product through negligence or fault of the customer, replacement of parts related to normal wear and tear of the product as well as malfunction or damage related to an accident or natural phenomenon.

13. Personal information

For the smooth running of the order, the personal data collected will be subject to computer processing. The customer acknowledges having read them.
This data is recorded in a data processing register, enabling internal verification of the regularity of procedures, and made available to the CNIL in the event of an inspection.

14. Disputes

In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties undertake before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. Any dispute arising from this contract falls within the jurisdiction of the district court of the place of residence of the consumer.
